Mr. Abiola Lukman Lawal, widely known as A.L.L, is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Eterna PLC. A seasoned global executive, Mr. Lawal boasts over 25 years of executive management experience, having held leadership positions in private and publicly listed companies across industries such as energy, FMCG, financial services, telecommunications, and aviation. His track record of success in C-suite roles, both locally and internationally, reflects his exceptional leadership and strategic capabilities.

With an extensive background in the Oil & Gas industry, Mr. Lawal has been instrumental in driving significant growth and transformation across various organizations. Most recently, he served as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Eroton Exploration and Production Company Limited. Prior to that, he was the Group Chief Strategy Officer at Oando PLC, where he played a pivotal role in transitioning the company from a downstream focus to upstream and gas. Notably, he spearheaded the successful implementation of Oracle ERP technology, revolutionizing the company’s operations. His leadership was also key during his tenure as Executive Director of Oando Gas & Power and Gaslink (now Axxela), driving the rapid growth of these entities.

Mr. Lawal’s impressive career also includes serving as the Pioneer Executive Vice President and CFO of Camac Energy Inc. (later Erin Energy) in the USA, where he helped the company become the first Nigerian-owned energy company to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
