Mrs. Patience Dappa is the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Masters Energy Group, a diversified conglomerate with interests in oil and gas, power, renewable energy, logistics, and more. With over 15 years of experience within the organization, she has driven the company’s growth and expansion into new industries through her visionary leadership.

Her professional career spans nearly three decades in the legal field, having built a reputation for excellence in property law, company law, and litigation during her early years at Alegeh & Associates. She went on to establish her own firm, Pat Dappa & Associates, known for providing top-tier legal advisory services. Over the years, Patience has garnered extensive expertise in leadership, governance, and strategic management, and is a Chartered Arbitrator affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).

As a respected leader, Patience Dappa holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Bachelor of Law from the University of Calabar, and Master’s degrees from the University of Lagos and the Metropolitan University in London. She has also undergone executive education at globally recognized institutions, such as the University of Oxford and Cambridge Judge Business School.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Patience is deeply committed to nation-building, having contributed to constitutional reviews for the Delta State Government. She is equally passionate about philanthropy and empowering women and youth and remains an active advocate for best practices in leadership and the energy sector.
