Mrs. Phoebean Ifeadi is the Executive Director of Corporate Services at Eterna PLC. With a strong academic foundation, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Ibadan and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos. A seasoned professional, she is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and has undergone specialized management training, including a program on Human Resources Management at the Lagos Business School.

Her extensive career includes key leadership roles in the oil and gas industry. Before joining Eterna PLC, she served as the Managing Director of Brilax Oil Limited, a private company in the downstream oil and gas sector, and as Head of Human Resources at PharmaDeko PLC. At Eterna, Mrs. Ifeadi oversees critical functions such as Human Resources, Brand and Communications, Procurement, Information Technology, Admin, and Asset Management, playing an instrumental role in driving the company’s corporate services strategy.
